Nicole is the definition of amazing. She has worked it out twins for the past 1.5 years. I am an educator, and was feeling lost with my sweet freshly turned 4 year old son. She helped us figure out via evaluation areas we can support him on with her services and work we can do at home. We then got his sister evaluated with her about a year later and saw nearly immediate results occur. Her approach of creating deep relationships, play therapy, and parenting with parents is incredible. I sat in on nearly 100% of the kids OT sessions with her and learned an incredible amount about them, our relationships, and myself. She is professional, kind, intelligent, authentic, hard working, hilarious and the list goes on. Do not pass up the chance to work with you for your family, you will regret it if you do. We are incredibly grateful for Nicole and the impact she has had on our kid’s progress. From day one, she has shown a deep understanding of how to engage children by getting down to their level, incorporating their interests, and making therapy both productive and fun. Our kid absolutely loves working with her, and it's easy to see why—she listens to the kids, plans sessions based on their needs and preferences, and keeps them motivated while ensuring they work on the skills they need.

As parents, we also appreciate how she takes the time to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide thoughtful advice. I can't recommend Ms. Nicole enough! She has helped my daughter become more comfortable in her own skin, more relaxed at school, and happier and more well-adjusted after a really difficult transition to kindergarten. She has taught both me and my daughter ways to work together to make life go more smoothly. She has shown us ways to play up my daughter's strengths and manage the things that are more challenging to her. My daughter worked with Nicole for about a year, helping us with emotional regulation, executive functioning and sensory issues, mostly with food. My daughter loved seeing Nicole and we started noticing some big shifts after a few months, then especially after 6-9 months. She was able to stay calmer or take a break during conflict, use tools to help herself remember to do all her tasks, and began eating a wider variety of foods. Our parent sessions with Nicole were a game changer for us. We began to understand my daughter's challenges a bit better, which allowed us to accept and work with her behaviors as information, rather than fighting them constantly. Nicole also provided specific phrases that proved helpful during OT sessions that could guide my daughter at home without triggering a stress response. We are so grateful for Nicole's support and expertise!

I am so thankful that we found Nicole.  My family has been to many different OTs and not all of them have been as neurodiversity affirming.  She listened to our needs, built a relationship with my kid, and was able to incorporate their interests to be able to connect and provide therapy.  She took the time to find a social emotional curriculum with one of their special interests and it was a big hit.  My kid grew so much during therapy and became a lot more confident in themselves thanks to Nicole.
